How to apply: 100% Pure East Cape Mānuka Oil is very potent and shouldn’t be applied directly to your skin, especially sensitive skin. For a spot treatment, we recommend diluting all essential oils with a carrier oil, such as sweet almond oil, or adding a few drops to creams or haircare products.

You can also use this manuka essential oil in a diffuser to help purify the air.

Recommended uses:

Blemishes - Dilute with a carrier oil. Add one part East Cape mānuka essential oil to nine parts of your other oil and apply to blemishes. For best results, apply morning and night.

Dandruff & Dry Itchy Scalps - Add a couple of drops of East Cape manuka essential oil to your shampoo and conditioner. For best results, use daily.

Sore Muscles - Add a few drops to your bath water to naturally relax sore and tired muscles.

Congested Sinuses - Add a couple of drops into a bowl of hot water and inhale the vapour to relieve congested sinuses and help reduce coughs and colds.

When to apply: Use as often as required. Discontinue use if skin irritation occurs.
