Created in partnership with José Stichbury from Swoon Food, this recipe is inspired by our Collagen Restore collection and is packed with skin-loving nutrients that support natural collagen production.

Raspberries, mango, and pineapple are rich in vitamin C, which plays a key role in collagen production. These fruits are also packed with minerals like copper, zinc, magnesium, and manganese, which help support collagen formation and protect the skin from free radical damage.

Cashews provide a delicious source of zinc and copper, while chia seeds offer antioxidants, fiber, and omega-3 fatty acids that reduce inflammation and promote digestive health—both essential for glowing skin.
